New hub under the silicon sky
The new Bangalore International Airport is envisioned to meet the growing aviation needs of the city through the development of a passenger friendly, well operated and financially sound airport.
Located east of the Bangalore-Hyderabad national highway (NH7), the new airport is 37 kilometres away from Bangalore and 4 kilometres south of Devanahalli. The site spans an area of 3900 acres and will comprise all the modern amenities a traveller is looking for in terms of convenience, comfort and connectivity.
Since the airport building will be the first and last impression of the Silicon City, BIAL has taken care to ensure that the new landmark holds many pleasant and memorable moments for both travellers and visitors.
